Goa Lokotsav started on 10.01.2020 at Panaji, Goa organised by West Zone Cultural Centre and Goa Art and Culture Dept. More than 500 stalls of Handicrafts and textiles came here from all over India. Madur, Sabai, Basketry, Shola, Kenjakura Handloom were there from Bengal.
